The Iowa Department of Corrections has reported the death of a 30-year-old inmate at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility.
Michael Anthony Williams died at approximately 6:43 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
According to the department, Williams was serving a sentence connected to crimes committed in Woodbury County. His sentence began on August 15, 2016.
