Dominic Andrew Allman, age 22 of Colfax passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Howard Street Christian Church in Colfax. The family will greet friends following the service at a luncheon at the church. Burial will take place at Shaul Cemetery in Ottumwa on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11:00 am. There will be a time of food and fellowship following at the First Pentecostal Assembly of God in Ottumwa, 733 Church Street. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, with checks made out to Justin Allman. The son of Justin L. Allman and Jennifer K. (Pitman) Loney, Dominic was born on February 3, 2004, in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from C-M High School. Dominic was a real gear head. He had a gift and passion for working on cars. He also loved guns, playing video games with his cousins and brothers and most of all spending time with his dog, Milo.
Those left to honor his memory include his father, Justin (Jamie Johnson) Allman, mother, Jennifer (Damien) Loney; siblings, Ryan Allman, Caleb Pitman, James Johnson, and Samuel Wilson; his grandparents, Lavern Adamson, Jerry (Kathy) Pitman, Paula (Bruce) Peters, Darla Johnson and Brian Johnson; his aunt Niki; his uncles Joseph Adamson and Patrick Allman; several cousins; his dog, Milo; and a bonus dad James Hobbs. Preceding him in death were his unborn child; grandparents, Bill Allman, Sue Adamson, and Shelia Watson; an uncle Chuck Allman; and a cousin, Adam Grates.
