Maggie Bartlow — Shining Star for Pella Regional

 Maggie Bartlow, BSN, Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s Shining Star for her high-performance standards.

Bartlow, resident of Oskaloosa, was nominated based on attitude, commitment, communication, etiquette, privacy, safety, and ownership. 

Excerpt from her nomination:

“Maggie is an exceptional leader who consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is steadfast, patient, and deeply passionate about providing the best care for every patient. Her organizational skills, approachable nature, and positive attitude make her a true asset to our team. Maggie works incredibly hard and leads by example, making it a pleasure to work alongside her each day. She truly embodies the values we strive for and is highly deserving of this recognition.”

Bartlow will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and will automatically be included in the nominations for the Shining Star of the Year award.
