A special procession will take place in Ottumwa on Sunday, June 29, 2025, following Mass at St. Patrick’s Church. The event marks the upcoming merger of two historic Catholic parishes — St. Patrick’s and St. Mary of the Visitation — into a new unified parish: St. Joseph Catholic Church, effective July 1, 2025.
