This Saturday, the iJAG Team will be hosting a car wash fundraiser at Evans Middle School to raise money for additional handicap fishing pads at the Lagoons. Currently, there is only one handicap fishing pad at the Lagoons, and the team is working to add more to improve accessibility for everyone.
The car wash will run on a free-will donation basis and will take place on May 24, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Evans Middle School parking lot.
The iJAG Team plans to hold fundraisers all summer to raise enough money to complete this project without relying on city funds.
