This order comes after President Biden ordered all U.S. Flags be flown half staff for 30 days to honor the passing of President Jimmy Carter.
Gov. Reynolds stated, Iowa will celebrate and recognize this historic change in our country’s leadership
All State Flags will be flying full staff Jan. 20 for Inauguration day .The flags will return to half staff after Inauguration day and remain at half staff until Tuesday, Jan.28 in honor of President Carter.
