A Southeast Iowa man is accused of assaulting a child that was in his care.
69 -year-old Wayne Boland of Cincinnati was charged with domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
Court records say on December 10th.Boland assaulted a minor child that he has guardianship over in Moravia.
Boland was arrested and transported to the Appanoose County Jail and was later freed.
Boland has been ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
