Silvia Antonia Galicia, of Ottumwa, died at 5:50 p.m. November 4, 2024 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Surviving are her 3 sons, Hilmer Ruano, Hixon Ruano and Donal Ruano; and her daughter, Seleste Ruano.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 16th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Hendred officiating. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery. The family will be present to greet friends one hour prior to the service.
