The city of Ottumwa says East Second Street will be closed twice in the month of November.
On November 8, the city says East Second Street, between Union Street and College Street, will be closed due to construction on a competition gym. Closure is expected to last one day.
On November 18, the street will be closed for three days due to the installation of a skywalk between Ottumwa High School and the competitive gym.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
