The city of Ottumwa says the 400 and 500 blocks of North Benton Street will be restricted to local traffic.
On November 14, the Street will be restricted to local traffic for an Ottumwa Water Works water main construction project. Brief service
interruptions and traffic delays are expected during this time.
The city says the project is expected to last a month.
