Iowa Trust and Savings Bank recently donated $10,000 to the Rathbun Lake Area YMCA.
According to a press release, the donation is to help fund a multitude of services offered at the local YMCA. The Rathbun Lake Area YMCA offers classes, special events, and other programs for area youth and adults. Iowa Trust and Savings Bank has made this donation annually for over 16 years.
Iowa Trust and Savings Bank says its support of the YMCA improves the health and wellness of the community while improving the quality of life in Appanoose County. A new addition to the YMCA this year was the implementation of 24-hour access making the Rathbun Lake Area YMCA a valuable community amenity.
