The Ottumwa Legacy Foundation announced the promotion of Hollie Tometich to Vice President of Community Leadership, effective immediately.
Tometich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Central College, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team. Additionally, Tometich has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
Tometich has been with the Foundation since 2012, previously serving as Executive Director of the Ottumwa Leadership Academy (O.L.A.). She has been instrumental in the success of O.L.A., a program dedicated to developing leaders for the betterment of Ottumwa and Wapello County.
In her new role, Tometich will continue to lead the Ottumwa Leadership Academy and cultivate innovative and creative leadership opportunities for both individuals and organizations. She will also explore avenues to develop new opportunities for learning that assist the Foundation in achieving its strategic goals. Hollie’s responsibilities will also include the oversight of the communication efforts of the Foundation.
