Otto M. Samuels, 71, of Ottumwa and formerly of Oskaloosa, died at 1:30 p.m. August 10, 2024 at Good Samaritan Society – Ottumwa.
He was born August 30, 1952 in Martinsburg, IA to Carl and Ida McBeth Samuels.
A graduate of New Providence High School, he served in the U.S. Air Force.
Surviving are his children, Sid Samuels and Eric Samuels both of Mosinee, WI, Jason Samuels of Sioux Falls, SD and Kim Van DeKieft of New Sharon, IA; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Carl Samuels Jr., Tracy Samuels and Zach Samuels.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Stella Samuels.
His body has been cremated. Services are not planned.
