Brenda and the team at Meridian Credit Union in Ottumwa, along with Ottumwa Radio Group, would like to congratulate Ottumwa Baseball Player Tucker Long, our 101.5 KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week!
Long was named to the IGCA Class 4A All-State first team. The sophomore was outstanding on the mound with a 6-1 record and an ERA of 0.78 over 62.2 innings. The future Iowa Hawkeye racked up 101 strikeouts and allowed just 18 walks.
Our KKSI-FM Athlete of the Week feature is made possible thanks to the generosity of Meridian Credit Union, and the cooperation of our area schools.
