About Next Level Leader
Next Level Leader is a dynamic, nine-month program designed to empower emerging leaders through a comprehensive curriculum that combines interactive workshops, community service projects, and mentorship from seasoned leaders in various sectors. Participants will gain insights into the complexities of local governance, economic development, and social issues, equipping them with the tools needed to drive positive change.

Next Level Leader is open to professionals from all sectors who are committed to making a difference in the community. Those interested in applying must have successfully complete the Leadership Fairfield program (first year) to be eligible for Next Level Leader. Ideal candidates are those with a passion for public service, a desire to enhance their leadership abilities, and a commitment to personal and professional
growth.
What’s Next Level Leader
The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is in its 10 th year of Leadership Fairfield. With 9 years of alumni, we’ve listened to the feedback and created this new program to build on the framework learned during Leadership Fairfield. Next Level Leader looks to unleash your inner leader. Areas of focus will include difficult conversations, etiquette, public speaking, being a good board member, and include a day at the capital.
How is Next Level Leader Different than Leadership Fairfield
Participants will work with the community to define issues or ideas and come up with solutions. If your organization has an idea or issue that you think our participants could help solve, please reach out to our Executive Director Mendy. The participants will select the idea/issue or come up with their own, then work together as a team to make a solution or progress towards the solution. A trip to the capital, experts in a variety of fields presenting, and more leadership development are just some of the perks of this Next Level Leader program.
