The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested in connection to a shooting last week.
32-year-old Michael Barrows of Farmington was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon (Class C felony), second-degree criminal mischief (Class D felony), and reckless use of a firearm (aggravated misdemeanor).
On May 21, the sheriff’s office received reports of shots being fired on Pearl Street in Farmington. Authorities allege Burrows fired multiple shots at a parked vehicle. Burrows was located by law enforcement and taken into custody.
Burrows was transported to the Van Buren County Jail. He is currently free after posting bond.
