The City of Ottumwa says the 1300 block of Mowrey Avenue will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, May 20 for sewer repair.
Work is expected to last two days, weather permitting. Traffic should seek alternate routes and residents need to exercise caution when
navigating in and around the construction zone. This project is part of the sanitary sewer spot repair program.
