Jody Jane Rysdam, 70, of Bloomfield, Iowa passed away on February 29, 2024 at her home. She was born on April 26, 1953 in Clovis, California to Henry Thomas and Eleanor Jane Carter Kass.
Jody had a house cleaning business in Bloomfield for many years, “Jody’s White Glove Cleaning.” She enjoyed working and meeting people in their homes. She was an avid collector of antiques and spent her free time at area flea markets and auctions. She was talented in making crafts and decorating her home. Jody loved animals, especially her dogs. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter, Quandy (Anthony) White of Carlisle, Iowa; two granddaughters, Aubrey and Callie White of Carlisle; and a sister, Linda (Jim) Brager of Clovis, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Henry Kass Jr.
Jody’s wish was to be cremated and a private family burial will be held at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield at a later date. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is assisting the family and cards of condolences may be mailed to the funeral home.
