Ottumwa, Iowa – Beginning Monday, November 20, 2023, the 1300 block of Asbury Ave will be closed for sewer work associated with the housing project being constructed on that street. Work is expected to last one week, weather permitting. Businesses will still have access from the Quincy Ave side of the block. Residents will need to seek alternate routes.
