Two Centerville Men Behind Bars After Bust

Two Centerville men were arrested on Wednesday after search warrants revealed guns, drugs, and numerous stolen items.

Dakota Macklin, 29, was charged with Possession of a Schedule Two Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver more than five grams (Class B Felony), two counts of first-degree theft (Class C Felony), five counts of second-degree theft (Class D Felony), two counts of possession of a short-barreled rifle and shotgun (Class D Felony), and possession of a schedule one controlled substance with intent to deliver (Class D Felony).

Dustin Dickerson, 41, was charged with possession of a schedule one controlled substance with the intent to deliver (Class C Felony) and possession of a schedule one controlled substance (Class D Felony).

Appanoose County Sheriff Gary Anderson says methamphetamine, marijuana wax, psilocybin mushrooms, offensive weapons, stolen
vehicles, stolen ATVs, and a stolen construction trailer were seized from two separate Centerville residences.

Dickerson and Macklin are being held at the Appanoose County Jail pending a hearing with a magistrate judge.
