Patricia R. Jones, 68, of Ottumwa, died August 21, 2023 at her home.
She was born January 20, 1955 in Lancaster, MO to Raphael and Erma Jean Jackson Farley. Pat married Marty Jones September 16, 1995 and he preceded her in death on August 18, 2021.
A graduate of Cardinal High School, Pat loved embroidering, sewing, quilting, gardening and feeding birds. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Kari (Aaron) Short and Ken (Tory) Anderson both of Ottumwa; 5 grandchildren, Chase Anderson, Aden Short, Caly Anderson, Elle Short and Connor Anderson; siblings, Butch (Sheila) Brown of Garwin, Tim Farley of Ottumwa, Susie (Bob) Thompson of Ankeny, Rick (Linda) Brown of Hubert, NC, Deb (Bryan) Bybee and Jack Farley both of Lubbock, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Jupe and Tom Farley.
Visitation will be open at 12 p.m. Monday, August 28th, at Reece Funeral Home with the family present to greet friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 29th, at Reece Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Eldon Cemetery.
