Charlene “Dolly” Katherine Yardley, 25, formerly of Ottumwa, died July 27, 2022 at her residence in Tucson, AZ.
She was born April 12, 1997 in Ottumwa and had been a resident of Ottumwa most of her life.
Charlene was a member of First Pentecostal Assembly of God in Ottumwa.
Charlene liked to sing and dance and liked cats and dogs. She especially enjoyed attending family barbeques at Pam and Rick’s, helping her grandfather on the farm and spending time with her family.
Surviving is her father, Michael F. Yardley of Ottumwa; her mother, Cindy Louise Wagner of Ottumwa; grandfather, Pat Wagner (Gloria Granneman) of Ottumwa; significant other, Steve Stephens; siblings, Amber Jurgens, Sean Umphress, Joshua Umphress; aunts and uncles, Sandy (John) Greer, Pam (Randy) Selix, Don Yardley, Jody (Tasha) Wagner, Brian (Lisa) Wagner, Marci Wagner; several cousins; close friend, Baby Doll; and several nieces including special niece, Kennedy Tru, and several nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Elijah Leahy; grandparents, Wanda and Don Yardley and Georgia Wagner.
Her body has been cremated. Visitation with her family present to greet friends will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 4th at Reece Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday, August 5th at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Schlotter officiating.
