Bridge View Center will host its next Wine Pairing Wednesday on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, in Ottumwa.
The evening will begin with a social gathering at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m. The event will feature a three-course, chef-inspired menu prepared by Chef Seth Simmons, with each course paired with a selected wine.
Wine selections will be presented by Thomas A. Mason IV, Vice President and General Sales Manager of Dimitri Wine & Spirits in Davenport.
The planned menu includes a Fresh Asian Garden Salad with a lemon curry vinaigrette, paired with Kir-Yianni Akakies Sparkling Rosé. The main course will feature Honey Garlic Ginger Pork Tenderloin with purple herb garlic potatoes and grilled black sesame bok choy, paired with Enrico Marcato Duo Appassimento Rosso.
For dessert, guests will be served Thai Caramel Cheesecake with a tropical dragon fruit blend and fresh whipped cream, paired with DaCosta Tawny Port.
The cost to attend is $60 per person. Reservations are required by noon on Monday, November 2.
