A Centerville man was arrested after police say he left a menacing voice message to Indian Hills Community College.

Joe Glantz, 63, has been charged with threatened intimidation with a dangerous weapon with intent, a Class C felony.

On July 28th at 1:00 PM, Glantz allegedly left a voicemail for the Ottumwa campus of Indian Hills Community College (IHCC) expressing his displeasure with the school. According to court records, Glantz said: “I’m about to go up there [IHCC] and just f****** shoot the whole f******* place.”

Glantz was taken into custody and transported to the Wapello County Jail. He is being held without bond pending a hearing with a magistrate judge.
