Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 36-year-old Donald Joseph Conner Jr., who was last known to have contact on July 22, 2026.
Conner is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone who has seen Conner or has information that could help authorities locate him is encouraged to contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department or the Iowa Missing Person Information Clearinghouse.
Authorities advise anyone who believes they have spotted Conner not to approach or take action themselves. Instead, note as many details as possible, including the exact location, vehicle description or license plate number, direction of travel, and any other relevant information, and report it to law enforcement.
