The Ottumwa City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, November 3, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 105 East Third Street.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents are welcome to attend in person. However, due to anticipated public interest, seating inside Council Chambers may be limited.
To accommodate additional attendees, the city plans to provide overflow seating in two conference rooms, where a livestream of the meeting will be available for viewing.
Residents who prefer to watch from home can also follow the meeting live on the City of Ottumwa’s YouTube channel. Meeting recordings will remain available on the channel following each meeting.

Anyone wishing to address the City Council during the public comment portion of the meeting must attend in person.
