Parole notifications for June, 2026
To the Citizens of Wapello County:
Iowa’s prison system utilizes indeterminate sentences, meaning inmates may be paroled before completing
their full sentence. The County Attorney’s Office lacks authority over release decisions, which fall under the
jurisdiction of the Board of Parole. In June, notifications were issued regarding inmates being released to Wapello
County. So that citizens may be informed, below are the details of these notifications, including approximate time
served prior to release.

  1. A.T. was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 6 months.
  2. J.S.B. was sentenced to 10 years, paroled in 3 years and 5 months
  3. A.F. was sentenced to 5 years, paroled in 9 months.
  4. C.H. was sentenced to 25 years, paroled in 7 years.
  5. J.H. was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 9 months.
  6. D.M. was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 1 year.*
  7. Z.H. was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 1 year and 1 months.
  8. D.P. was sentenced to 2 year and the sentence expired in 8 months .
  9. T.J. was sentenced to 20 years and paroled in 2 years and 3 months.*
  10. C.W. was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 11 months.
  11. B.B. was sentenced to 35 years and paroled in 2 years and 2 months.
  12. N.K was sentenced to 5 years, paroled in 1, revoked, new charges adding 7 years, paroled in 8 months,
    5 years added, paroled in 9 months, revoked, paroled in 4 months, in and out for the next 10 years,
    sentenced to a total of 31 year, 8 months and 25 days, paroled in 1 year and 7 months.
  13. J.E was sentenced to 5 years and paroled in 1 year.
  14. T.G. was sentenced to 10 years and paroled in 6 months.
  15. K.B. was sentenced to 10 years and his sentenced expired in 2 years and 7 months.
