The Van Buren County Community School District will hold its 2026-2027 Open House at all locations on Thursday, August 20th, according to a social media post from the district.
To help manage the flow of visitors, families are asked to attend during their assigned time based on last name or grade level.
Elementary building families should plan to attend as follows: last names R through Z from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., last names A through I from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and last names J through Q from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
At the secondary building, seventh graders and new students are invited from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., while students in grades eight through twelve are welcome from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Families are encouraged to use the evening to meet teachers, explore classrooms, and connect with staff ahead of the upcoming school year.
