Keokuk County Extension and Outreach has announced the addition of Taylor Gambell as its new County Youth Coordinator, effective Tuesday, May 26th.
Gambell is a familiar face to the community, bringing both personal experience growing up in Keokuk County and a strong passion for youth development and agriculture to the position.
“I’m excited to return home to Keokuk County and take on this role,” Gambell said. “The experiences I had growing up here, especially through livestock and local events, inspired my interest in working with young people. I’m looking forward to giving back and helping the next generation find their own passions.”
In her new role, Gambell will work closely with local youth, families, and volunteers through 4-H and Extension programming, building on the county’s strong foundation of youth involvement while creating new opportunities for learning, leadership, and community connection.
