Book lovers of all ages are invited to browse, discover, and support a great cause at the Fairfield Public Library’s upcoming Book Sale. Thanks to the generosity of community members who donated materials, the library is once again able to offer a wide selection of books and media for readers of every interest and age.
Proceeds from the book sale directly support Fairfield Public Library programming, helping fund regular educational offerings as well as special events that bring educators and presenters to the community.
The book sale will take place at the Fairfield Public Library, located at 104 W. Adams Avenue, and will run from Monday, February 2, 2026, through Saturday, February 14, 2026. Sale hours on Saturday, February 14, will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central Time). The event is sponsored by the Fairfield Public Library and is open to the public.
The library is committed to accessibility for all patrons. Anyone who requires assistance to attend the sale due to a disability is encouraged to contact the front desk at 641-472-6551, ext. 1, for support.
