Kent Russell Putz, age 41 of Monroe, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, at his home.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Altoona Christian Church.
The son of Marvin Russell and Susan (Musgrove) Putz, Kent was born on January 19, 1985. On April 12, 2025, he was happily united in marriage to Amanda Eastridge at the Altoona Christian Church in Altoona, Iowa. Kent worked as an installer at Pro Auto Glass. He enjoyed shooting pool, deer hunting, woodworking, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Amanda; his daughter, Scarlett; two step-sons, Elija and Logan; his brothers, Adam (Kate) Putz and Jason (Tiffany) Putz; and many cousins and nephews. Kent was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Susan.
