Your favorite Iowa State Fair chocolate chip cookies are popping up just in time for the holidays! On December 6, 2025, swing by the Barksdale’s State Fair Cookie Building on the Iowa State Fairgrounds to stock up on pre-portioned, ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookie dough. It’s perfect for gifts, gatherings, or simply keeping that Fair flavor alive all winter long.
Each bag includes 36 pre-portioned frozen cookies for $12. The frozen cookies are the same size as the cookies sold in buckets and cups during the Fair.
