The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a single- vehicle accident at 8:36 am. Jan. 17th.
Jessica Patch, 23, of South English was driving eastbound on highway F67.
When she failed to negotiate a curve on the ice covered roadway.
Her vehicle went into a ditch and over turned.
Patch was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
