The Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jessica Emerson, 36, on a warrant for several charges including three class C felonies.
Emerson was employed as a nurse by Hearthstone and allegedly swapped Zofran pills belonging to a patient with Oxycodone.
in November and December and took deliveries of Oxycodone for herself in September and December.
She faces charges of unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug,as well as neglect of a healthcare resident.
