According to the City of Ottumwa, the 2400 block of East Main Street will be closed.
On July 1, the street will be closed due to new water main construction. Residence living on the block must detour using Roemer Avenue to 110th Street then down to Main Street.
Construction will last approximately one month, weather permitting.
