Ralph Coy was born May 5th 1966 to Kenneth and Winnifred Coy in Green Bay WS. In 1984, he enlisted in the Army. Ralph served in Desert Storm where he was a paratrooper and Tank Tech. In 1999, he married the love of his life Deb Coy, she preceded him in death along with his mother and father. Surviving are his two brothers, Paul (Marsha) Coy and Kenny Coy. His daughter Andrea (Josh) Burgason, three stepdaughters, Ann Shilling, Hresa (Elio) Basilio, Maria Wilson and two stepsons, Niko (Michelle) Gritzalis and Anthony Howell, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
