The Wapello County Board of Supervisors has canceled a special meeting that was scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:45 a.m.
The meeting was scheduled to take place in the Pink Room at the Wapello County Courthouse, located at 215 North Court Street in Ottumwa.
The agenda had included discussion of the jail expansion, along with approval or amendment of the agenda and any other business, including officer reports. Public input could have been allowed upon request.
The meeting has now been marked canceled.
