The Jefferson County Communications Center has been temporarily relocated due to a facility issue.
Despite the temporary move, dispatch services remain fully operational. Emergency and non-emergency calls will continue to be handled as usual.
During the relocation, the Communications Center window located in the lobby will be closed and unavailable to the public until the facility issue has been resolved.
For non-emergency assistance or to speak with a Jefferson County law enforcement officer or deputy, residents can contact Dispatch at 641-472-4146.
For emergencies, residents should continue to call 911.
Officials appreciate the public’s patience and understanding during the temporary relocation. An update will be provided once the Communications Center has returned to its normal location and the lobby window has reopened.
