The Fairfield Beautification Commission has recognized Impact Fitness with a Rose Award for Excellence in Landscaping, honoring the business for its commitment to creating an attractive and welcoming environment for the community.
Owner Dani Hill, her sister-in-law Nikia Fry, and Oakwood Nursery landscaped the entire perimeter of the building with boulders, ornamental grass, flowering shrubs, and decorative rock. Fry also plants seasonal arrangements in tall, modern pots flanking every entrance to keep the design fresh throughout the year. The commission described the finished product as one that “simply pops with sophistication against the dark neutral exterior.”
The Beautification Commission said Impact Fitness demonstrates that a commitment to health and wellness can extend beyond the walls of a fitness center, with its thoughtfully maintained landscaping enhancing the appearance of the property and contributing to the beauty of Fairfield.
“Beautiful landscaping does more than improve a single property,” the commission wrote. “It inspires pride, strengthens the character of our community, and encourages others to invest in the places where we live, work, and play.”
The Rose Award for Excellence in Landscaping celebrates businesses and individuals who go the extra mile to make Fairfield a more beautiful and inviting place. The commission extended its sincere appreciation to Impact Fitness for demonstrating, in its words, that “a strong community is not only a healthy one, but also a beautiful one.”
