Early voting has officially started in Wapello County, giving eligible voters an opportunity to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day.
Voters who wish to vote early can visit the Wapello County Courthouse during the designated early voting hours to participate in the election.
For individuals who are unable to enter the courthouse, curbside voting assistance is available. Voters who need this service can call the Wapello County Auditor’s Office upon arrival, and a staff member will come outside to their vehicle to assist them with the voting process.
The curbside voting option helps ensure voters who have difficulty entering the courthouse can still exercise their right to vote.
Residents are encouraged to contact the Wapello County Auditor’s Office for additional information about early voting hours, required identification and available voting assistance.
