Main Street Fairfield has announced the return of its Downtown Signage Enhancement Matching Grant, offering eligible downtown businesses and property owners a 1:1 matching grant of up to $2,000 for exterior signage improvements, according to a social media post from the organization.
The grant is open to businesses and commercial property owners located within the Main Street Fairfield district. Eligible projects include updating existing signage or planning new installations that enhance business visibility, strengthen brand identity, and contribute to a more vibrant and cohesive downtown experience for residents and visitors.
