The Farmington Public Library is inviting youth in kindergarten through eighth grade to explore science through hands-on LEGO activities during its monthly Science LEGO Lessons.
The program gives young learners the opportunity to discover their own “aha” moments while working with hands-on science LEGO kits. Lessons will begin at 4:30 p.m. on each scheduled date, with new lessons offered every month.
The upcoming Science LEGO Lesson schedule includes:
- Tuesday, September 8: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, October 6: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, November 10: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, December 8: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, January 12: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, February 9: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, March 9: Read Across Iowa — Lesson to Be Determined
- Tuesday, April 13: Science LEGO Lesson
- Tuesday, May 11: Science LEGO Lesson

New lessons will be available each month, providing students with additional opportunities to learn, explore, and build through science.
