Paul David Lindsey Jr., 59, of Ottumwa died at 3:04 a.m. August 21, 2026 at his home.
He was born June 21, 1967 in Ottumwa to Paul David and Marilyn Joyce Robinson Lindsey.
Paul was a talented craftsman, mechanic and “jack of all trades”. He had worked in construction with John Morrisey.
Paul enjoyed listening to rock music, a cup of hot coffee, a cold beer and especially spending time with his family.
Surviving are his children, Amanda (Gerald) Eaton, Jessica Lindsey (Spencer Walker) and Alice Lindsey; 2 grandchildren, Carter Eaton and Oakley Lindsey; 2 brothers, Rick Lindsey and Travis Lindsey; nephews, John Lindsey, Hunter Lindsey, Chase Lindsey, Dakota Steele and Josh Huffman; and his life partner for the past 30 years, Lisa Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lisa Huffman; and a nephew, Tyler Steele.
His body has been cremated and services are not planned at this time.
