An Ottumwa man was arrested after police say he had inappropriate contact with two children last month.
Gregory Guffey Jr., 41, has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a child, a Class B felony.
In the early morning hours of June 17th, court records allege Guffey committed sex acts on two minors, aged 13 and 8.
A warrant for Guffey’s arrest was issued on July 6th and he was taken into custody two days later.
Guffey is currently in the Wapello County Jail where he is being held without bond.
Guffey has been ordered not to have any contact with the two alleged victims.
