Hy-Vee will recognize one of its longest-serving employees, Julie Knotts, during a special celebration on Tuesday, July 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Quincy Avenue Hy-Vee, located at 1025 N. Quincy Ave., Suite 2, in Ottumwa.
The event will celebrate Knotts’ remarkable 40 years of service with the company. As part of the recognition, Hy-Vee will unveil a specially designed Hy-Vee semi-trailer featuring Knotts’ image on the side, honoring her dedication and commitment as a longtime Hy-Vee Helpful Smile.
Customers, community members, and guests are invited to attend the celebration, which will include complimentary snacks and refreshments.
Hy-Vee says the event is a way to recognize Knotts’ four decades of outstanding service and to thank her for the positive impact she has made on the company and the Ottumwa community throughout her career.
