Four young women from Keokuk County will compete for the title of 2026 Keokuk County Expo Queen on Thursday evening, July 16th, following the Bill Riley Talent Show which begins at 6:00 p.m.
The four candidates are Caylee Corbin, Madison Fry, Tierney Greiner, and Adalynne Tremmel.
Caylee Corbin
Caylee Corbin, 16, is the daughter of Ashley and Bryan Corbin of Sigourney. She will begin her senior year at Sigourney High School this fall and is a member of the Stick-to-It 4-H Club, where she currently serves as Vice President and previously served as Treasurer.
Corbin is involved in football and wrestling cheerleading and has been selected as an Iowa Shrine Bowl Cheerleader for two consecutive years, an event that raises funds and awareness for Shriners Children’s. She also shares her love of dance as an instructor, mentoring younger dancers while continuing to compete on a competitive dance team. In her community, she has participated in Shrine Bowl fundraising, helped package and distribute free summer meals to local families, volunteered at school athletic concession stands, and taken part in numerous 4-H community service projects. In her free time, she works as a lifeguard at the Sigourney Pool.
Madison Fry
Madison Fry, 17, is the daughter of RJ and Ashley Fry of Sigourney and will graduate from Sigourney High School in 2028. She is an active member of the Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club, where she currently serves as Vice President and previously served as Secretary. She is also involved with the Keokuk County Council, the Keokuk County Livestock Judging Team, and the Sigourney FFA.
Fry volunteers at school concession stands and serves as a Bacon Buddies mentor. She also volunteers at 4-H Camp, assists with the Iowa Swine Jackpot Series, helps with Keokuk County swine and beef showmanship clinics, and participates in children’s activities at Be The Light Church. In her free time, she enjoys showing pigs and cattle and mentoring younger youth with their livestock projects.
Tierney Greiner
Tierney Greiner, 18, is the daughter of Jen and Bernard Greiner of Harper. A 2026 graduate of Sigourney High School, she plans to attend Indian Hills Community College to study Agricultural Science. She is an active member of the Stick-To-It 4-H Club and the Sigourney FFA Chapter and serves as Treasurer of the Keokuk County Council.
Greiner has completed numerous Silver Cord service hours and has volunteered with the Knights of Columbus. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, working with animals, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about agriculture and looks forward to continuing her education while making a positive impact on her community.
Adalynne Tremmel
Adalynne Tremmel, 18, is the daughter of Zach and Tiffany Tremmel of Sigourney and will graduate from Sigourney High School in 2027. She plans to attend Iowa State University and is an active member of the Riverside 4-H Club and the Sigourney FFA Chapter, where she serves as FFA President and 4-H Club Vice President. She is also involved in Student Council, County Council, Key Club, and the Junior National Angus Association, and participates in basketball, golf, and theater.
Tremmel helped establish a student coffee shop at her high school and volunteers with highway cleanup projects, Pennies for Patients, blood drives, and her FFA chapter’s greenhouse. Through County Council, she helps plan activities for the Keokuk County Expo. She also coaches youth soccer, packages meals for those in need, and teaches Sunday school. In her free time, she enjoys showing cattle and sheep, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
