Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with Pastor Allan Brown officiating.
Burial will take place in the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa following the service. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18, beginning after 11:00 a.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel with Roger’s family present from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Thursday evening to greet relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the Isaac Walton Trap Shooting of Ottumwa or the MHP Serenity Hospice House.
