Michael Douglas Zurek, 31, formerly of Oskaloosa, died June 10, 2026.
He was born September 9, 1994 in Chicago, IL to Aleksandra Zurek and Ronald Penelton.
Michael loved music, cars and drawing.
Surviving are his children, Gabriella, Jamari, Damionn and Aaden; his mother, Aleksandra; his father, Ronald; grandparents, Mieczyslaw and Alicja Zurek; a sister, Stefanie; two step-sisters, Scheresa and Victoria; several aunts and uncles including, Ania, Jola, Adam and Mieczyslaw; several cousins including, Natalie; and the Penelton Family.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.
His body has been cremated and services are not planned.
