Country music fans will have a chance to relive decades of hits as legendary group Alabama returns to the Iowa State Fair Grandstand this summer, joined by special guest Exile.
The iconic band, known for shaping the sound of modern country music, first took the Grandstand stage in 1982 and has remained a fan favorite ever since, with more than a dozen appearances over the years. Their catalog includes timeless hits like “Mountain Music,” “Dixieland Delight,” and “Song of the South,” songs that continue to resonate with audiences across generations.
The show is scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2026, at 8 p.m., offering fairgoers a night packed with classic country energy and nostalgia.
Tickets for the Grandstand concert will go on sale Friday, April 24, at 10 a.m., with prices ranging from $31.40 to $81.40.
