The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has released a press statement regarding the termination of Deputy Carter Reichmann.
According to the release, Reichmann was employed as a deputy with the department and was terminated on April 16 following an internal investigation conducted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities noted that prior to his termination, Reichmann had served as a School Resource Officer for Twin Cedars and Melcher-Dallas Community Schools. Officials emphasized that his termination was not related to his performance in that role.
